At Eager Young Minds, our mission is to serve the scholar’s collaborative team of educators, parents, community, and the self to advocate and design services for the scholar’s transition to life beyond the local educational agency. In serving the collaborative team with analysis of multiple sources of data and evidence best practices, we will design a course of continual improvement.
